1 rib roast
Lawry's seasoned salt

Preheat the oven to 500º. Place the roast in the pan with ribs side down. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook the roast for 5 minutes per pound. When it's cooked per pound time, turn off the oven and leave the roast in there for not less than one hour and not more than two. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN! When you're ready to eat, take the prime rib out and slice. The meat should be rare and juicy. If you want it done a little more, add 5 minutes to the TOTAL cooking time and it will be medium rare. If you want it medium, add 10 minutes and so on...
