11/2 sticks butter, softened
8 slices white sandwich bread without the crusts
1 lb. of cheddar cheese, grated
1 (7 oz.) diced green chiles (at least!)
3 c. milk
1 T. yellow mustard
6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Spray sides and bottom of 2 qt. baking dish. Spread butter on both sides of bread and cut into 1-inch cubes. Alternate layers of bread and cheese, ending with the cheese. Beat the remaining ingredients together and pour over the bread and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, heat the oven to 350º and bake the egg mixture (uncovered) for an hour. Make sure you put some foil underneath because it can get drippy!

Sometimes, I don't give this enough time in the oven and it can get runny, so maybe you'll need a little more time than an hour. You be the judge.
