Ingredients:  
1/2 cup melted butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 - 24 oz package hashbrowns (shredded or cubed), or approximately 9 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and cut into chunks.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together and spread in greased 9x13" pan. Top with 1/4 cup melted butter mixed with 2 cups crushed cornflakes (opt). Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. A quick and easy way to serve potatoes to a large group!
