1 round onion diced 1 clove garlic, minced 4 tbsp butter 1 lb ground beef 1 tbsp flour 1/8 tsp black pepper 1 tsp salt 1 can (10 oz) mushroom pieces/stems (drained) 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted) 1 c sour cream
Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Add meat and brown. Add mushrooms and cook for a few minutes Add flour, salt, pepper and cook 5 minutes. Add undiluted soup, simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat through for 2 or 3 minutes. .
