Honey and poppy seed dressing:

2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp mustard
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp poppy seed
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup oil

1 cup grapefruit sections
1 oz canned or 3 fresh oranges
1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
celery chopped or thinly sliced celery tops for garnish

Mix dressing and chill. Place salad ingredients into serving bowl, spoon on dressing and serve at once. January is a good time for this salad as the citrus fruit is at it's best for us to buy. Best if you can bring home Lotti's fruit (tree-ripened).
