3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sugar
2-10 oz. pkgs. frozen strawberries
4 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift first 5 ingredients. Make a well in center and pour in berries with juice, eggs and oil. Stir just to moisten. Add pecans. Stir. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool in pans for 30 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on wire rack. Freezes well.
