Ingredients:  
1/2 cup corn starch
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 cup flour
3/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup walnuts,chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sift cornstarch, sugar and flour. Blend in butter. Work with hands until smooth dough forms. Add walnuts and mix well. Shape into 2 rolls about 2" in diameter. Wrap in Saran and chill until firm. Slice into 1/4" thick slices, place on cookie sheet and bake at 300 for 15- 20 minutes. Store in airtight container or freeze.
