1/2 pound smoked bluefish, crumbled
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. horseradish
finely chopped onion or shallot to taste, if desired
dash of tabasco, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and seasonings. Gently blend in smoked bluefish. Serve with a plain cracker like melba toast or toasted baguette.
