1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 4 c. finely diced cooked chicken 1 c. finely diced celery 1/2 c. slivered almonds 1 lg. can pineapple tidbits, drained 1 lg. can mandarin oranges, drained 1/2 c. shredded coconut 1 pkg. dollar rolls
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for several hours. Serve on dollar rolls. Can also be served on mini croissants. I will add cherry Craisins on occasion too.
