1 lb ground beef
1 round onion chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pkg bacon (cut into thin slices)
1 inch ginger root
2 cans Campbell tomato soup
1 Purity Portuguese sausage mild (sliced & diced)
1 can Van Camp kidney beans (drained and rinsed with water)
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp curry powder
a little of salt

Brown bacon. Add onion, garlic, ginger root.
Brown ground beef.
Add Portuguese sausage pieces.
Add soup, beans, chili powder, curry powder, salt.
Cover, bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
