1 can (11oz) corn with sweet peppers, drained
1 can (4oz) diced green chili peppers, undrained
1 can cream of potato soup
2 Tbsp snipped fresh cilantro
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 lb skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into 1/2" pieces

Directions:
Directions:
In a crock pot, combine chicken corn, soup, chili peppers, cilantro and taco seasoning mix. Stir in broth. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. Stir about 1 cup of hot soup into the sour cream. Stir sour cream mixture and cheese into the mixture in cooker. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Whisk until combined.
