1 lb ground beef
1 can (10 oz) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 can (3 1/4 oz) French fried onion (reserve 1/2 cup)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c dairy sour cream
1 can roll, Pillsbury, Hungry Jack or flaky buttermilk

TOPPING:
1/2 c dairy sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain. Put in ungreased 2 1/2 to 3 qt casserole. Combine beef, mushroom and 1/2 of the French fried onion and toss lightly. Bring undiluted mushroom soup to a boil. Stir in 1/2 c sour cream. Separate rolls and cut in half to make 20 pieces. Pour sour cream soup mixture evenly over the meat mixture. Place rolls cut side down around the edge of casserole and then fill the center. Sprinkle reserved French fried onion over rolls. Pour combined topping mixture over rolls and bake until rolls turn brown.

Bake: 350º uncovered
Time: 27 minutes

5 minutes before end time, scoop the soft dough underneath the browned rolls to the top, return to oven to continue baking for the remaining time and leave in oven for an additional 12 to 15 more minutes after the temperature is turned off.
