2 large onions
4 cloves garlic
3 cups carrots, diced
1 large red pepper, diced
1 box (500ml) chicken broth
1 box (500ml) vegetable broth
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp basil
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp hot sauce (Thai curry paste)
1 large can chick peas
1 large can black beans
1 large can red kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a pot and simmer 30 minutes, seasoning to taste. Excellent for canning, this is a spicy, filling soup.
