1 pkg. (17.5 oz), Betty Crocker Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 T. water
1 egg
1 c. chocolate ready-to-serve frosting
1/3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. chopped peanuts (if desired)
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.
Combine dry cookie mix, (dry), oil, water and egg with spoon until dough forms. Press into ungreased square pan, (8x8).
Bake 20-25 minutes or just until set. Cool completely.
Mix frosting and marshmallows; spread over bars. Sprinkle with peanuts, if using. Cut into 2 inch squares.
