4 c. Granny Smith Apples
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 T. flour
1 egg
1 T. cider vinegar
1 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped and divided
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar with a fork. Add pineapple. Mix egg with fork, add to mixture. Add vinegar. Stir above ingredients over medium heat until thick. Refrigerate until cool. In large bowl mix remaining ingredients. Save 1/2 cup nuts, sprinkle over top.
