1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 T. olive oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Sauce:
1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Toppings:
Italian sausage, crumbled and cooked
Pepperoni
Mushrooms
Green olives
Black olives
Purple onion, thinly sliced in rings
3 c. shredded Mozzarella
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Grease 2 pizza pans. Heat oven to 425º. Prepare crust by dissolving yeast in warm water in med. bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rest 5 min. Divide dough in 1/2. Pat each 1/2 into circles on the pizza pans. Prepare sauce by mixing together the tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Top rolled out dough with sauce and add desired toppings. Bake 15 to 20 min.
