4 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/3 c. miracle whip or mayo
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 chopped red pepper or pimento
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 T. chopped onion
3 T. lemon juice
1 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all of the above and spread in a 9 x13 inch baking dish. Top with 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1 c. crushed potato chips, 2/3 c. slivered almonds. Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes until hot.
