1 (20-oz.) can pineapple chunks
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. shredded, sharp Cheddar cheese
3 T. flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple and spread chunks in bottom of 13" x 9" pan. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, flour, and and shredded cheese. Spread mixture over pineapple. Sprinkle Ritz crackers evenly over top of casserole. Bake at 350º for 20 min.
