1 cup margarine, room temperature
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
5 cups all-purpose flour
5 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed and patted dry

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Using electric mixer, cream margarine with sugar in large bowl. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in another bowl. Add to egg mixture alternately with milk, beginning with dry ingredients. Stir in blueberries. Divide batter between prepared pans. Bake until tester comes out clean, about 1 1/4 hours. Cool breads in pans on rack. Can be frozen.
