2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Mix together. form a well and add:
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Beat with electric mixer. You can add pecans, raisins or craisins. (I like golden raisins and pecans).
You can make 2 large loaves or 3 small loaves or muffins. Bake a 350 degrees 45 minutes to an hour or until a tooth pick comes out clean when inserted in the middle. Small muffins bake for about 13 minutes.

This recipe belonged to my Grandma, Carmin Huff.
It is my favorite pumpkin bread recipe. I like to use a whole nutmeg and grate it. I think it gives the bread a better flavor.
