Blue Cheese Dressing:

1 oz crumbled blue cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream or plain yogurt



Buffalo Wings:

¼ cup butter
3-5 Tbsp hot red pepper sauce
1 ½ Tbsp red wine vinegar
oil for frying
2 ½ lbs chicken wings, tips removed, cut in 2

Directions:

Mix Blue Cheese Dressing ingredients in food processor and chill. Melt butter in large saucepan. Stir in hot sauce (approximately 3 Tbsp or more if you like it hot) and vinegar. Set aside. Heat oil in a large heavy frying pan or wok. Add wings a few at a time, cooking about 10 minutes or until brown and crisp. Remove to a paper towel to drain. When all wings are cooked, reheat hot sauce and toss with wings to coat. Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing.
