2# Round Steak divided in 4 pieces
6 T flour
4 T. olive oil, divided
8 oz. Baby Bella Mushrooms sliced
½ cup chopped onion
¼ cup Marcela (or white) wine
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
6 T water

Dredge steak in flour and brown both sides in 2 T. oil. Place in slow cooker.

In the same skillet, sauté onions in remaining oil until translucent then add mushrooms and cook until starting to brown and they have given up their liquid. Deglaze with wine, scraping up all the fond (dark brown bits in the bottom of the skillet) and cook until the wine is nearly evaporated. Add to cooker.

Add soups and water. Stir and cover. Cook on low until done (6+ hrs).
