3 lbs. Chicken Wings, [Fresh, Raw, Split tips & use "Drums"]
Garlic Powder
Accent [optional]
3 Eggs
Cornstarch [Lots]
Oil
Sauce:
3/4 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Vinegar
2 tbsp. Catsup
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Accent [optional]
1/4 c. Water mixed with 1 Chicken Bouillon cube

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 325º Place Wings on wax paper and sprinkle with Garlic Powder & Accent. Refrigerate for 2 Hours.
Mix sauce ingredients, set aside. Preheat Oil in skillet; beat Eggs, dip Wings in Cornstarch then Egg. Fry in oil until golden brown, drain on paper toweling. Dip each fryed Wing in the sauce and place on greased baking sheet. Bake in heated oven for 1 hour.

There will not be any leftovers! Note from Jan: I made 10 pounds of these for my Grandson Nathan Jr.'s 1st birthday and there was not a single wing leftover!!
