1 cup of custard made using custard packet mix( 1 cup custard makes approximately 6 tarts)
2 sheets frozen short crust pastry
1 packet sara lee frozen berries

Directions:
Directions:
Cook custard as per packet mix and allow to cool. Pre-heat oven to 190C . Grease tart/ cupcake tins and line with pastry. Half fill shells with cooked custard. Bake in oven for 15 minutes of until pastry is golden brown. allow to cool. Just before serving, decorate with sara lee frozen berries whilst fruit is frozen, for easier handling.
