2 1/2 cups pancake mix 1/3 cup water 1/4 cup melted butter 1 egg
Preheat oven to 425º F. In medium bowl mix ingredients together until dough forms. Transfer enough dough to lightly floured surface. Roll out dough, fold in half and roll out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutters. Place on baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
