3 pts. fresh blueberries or 1 qt frozen berries,
3 c. sugar,
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice,
1/4 water,
grated zest of 1 med. orange,
2 med sticks whole cinnamon,

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil and turn down heat to a slow simmer. Continue cooking for 30 min. until a small ball forms when dropped in a dish of ice water. Remove from heat and discard cinnamon sticks. Pour immediately into hot sterilized pint jars, and seal. Process in a boiling water bath for 5 min. or cool and store in refrigerator.
