2 cups crab meat (sort through for any shell particles)
2 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips

Combine first seven ingredients
put in lightly buttered casserole
Combine cheese and chips and sprinkle on top of casserole

Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 450 degree oven
Serves two

Serve with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers and a hot roll
I have also used grated swiss cheese as substitute for parmesan
