2 cups pecan halves
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp sugar
dash cayenne
dash salt
1/4-1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over pecans. Drain. Put nuts into pan with butter, sugar, cayenne, salt and nutmeg. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until dark, shiny, and crisp. Transfer to plate to cool.
