1 lg. can apricot,
1 lg. can crushed pineapple,
10 large marshmallows cut fine,

Topping:
1 c. juice,
2 tbl. flour,
1/4 c. sugar,
2 tbl. butter,
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped,

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from pineapple and apricots. Reserve 1 c. of juice for topping. To the rest of the juice add boiling water to make 3 c. and add this to 2 pkgs. orange jello. Let this set until thickens, then add pineapple, apricots and marshmallows. After this sets in refrigerator a while make topping and put on.

Topping:
Heat juice and butter, then add flour and sugar mixed with some of the juice to form a thickening. Cook till thick, then cool. Add 1/2 c whipping cream. Spread on salad, sprinkle on a few nuts,
