Grease from frying chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Fry chicken in shortening (not oil) and save grease once chicken is done. Heat to a medium heat and sprinkle enough flour in pan to absorb the grease. (Don't overdo it). Once grease is absorbed by the flour, slowly add milk to pan, 1 cup at a time to desired thickness. Add S & P to taste.
