4 red peppers, 6 peaches, 6 pears, 4 med. onions, 4 c. tomatoes, All peeled, chopped, 4 c. brown sugar, 3 tbl. pickling salt, 4 c. pickling vinegar. 8 hot chili peppers, (seeded), 2 tsp. whole cloves, 4 cinnamon sticks,
Put all ingredients in a large kettle. Put spices in a cloth bag for easy removing later. Simmer for 3 hrs. or until thick. Add seeds from chili peppers to make hotter. Seal in hot jars.
