Onion Carrot Potatoes Salt Pepper Flour 14 oz. diced tomatoes 1/3 cup maple syrup 2 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. garlic powder
Place Onions, Carrots, and Potatoes in bottom of Crock Pot. Mix the diced tomatoes, syrup, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and then coat the roast with the mixture. Place the roast in the crock pot and cook on High for 8 hours, or on Low for 12 hours.
