2 lbs - cooked carrots, coin cut
1 can tomatoes
1cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
sliced onion and bell pepper

Directions:

Blend all ingredients and add to cooked carrots. Marinate in refrigerator for several hous. Serve cold.
