2 eggs
2/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream eggs, shortening and butter. Add sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Add dry ingredients a little at a time. Add vanilla. Bake at 350º until brown around edges.
