1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. shortening
3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve dry yeast in warm water. Mix dry ingredients. Add liquid, stir and knead well. Roll out and cut into circles. Brush oil on each side of biscuit and bake at 400 (not preheated)
