Cake:
4 eggs (separated)
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
3 T. cold water
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla


Filling:
small bag marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the egg yolks until thick and light. Add sugar and beat until stiff. Fold in the water and gradually add the flour, salt and baking powder sifted together. Add the vanilla and fold in the egg whites (which have been beaten stiff). Bake in jellyroll pan (lined with waxed paper) for 20 minutes at 350. Turn out on damp cloth, and roll immediately. Cook the marshmallows, water and sugar in the microwave until melted. Unroll the cake and spread the filling and re-roll.
