1 1/4 cups water
1/3 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups matzo meal
4 eggs
1 tablespoon chopped chives
2 teaspoons chopped thyme

Preheat oven to 375.

Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine water, oil, sugar and salt in medium pot and bring to a boil. Add matzo meal and stir well with wooden spoon vigorously until the mixture pulls away from side of pan (30 seconds).
Remove from heat and place dough into bowl from mixer.

Cool slightly. Adding eggs one at a time, beat on low speed until well combined. Stir in chives and thyme. With wet hands, form rolls with 1/4 cup of dough. Makes 12 rolls. Space 2 inches apart on baking sheet.

Bake 55 minutes or until brown and crisp. Cool on wire rack.
