1 cup matzo meal 1 teaspoon salt 6 eggs, separated 1 1/2 cups club soda 4 tablespoons margarine
In a small bowl combine yolks and soda-mix gently. Stir in matzo meal and salt. Let rest 30 minutes. Beat egg whites till stiff. Fold egg whites into rested mixture. Drop by tablespoons into hot oil. Brown till golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
