3 eggs
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cups plus 1/3 cup cake flour
1/2 cup potato starch
1 1/4 cup schopped nuts
1/2 large Elite Bittersweet chocolate bar-chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with oil. Add sugar and flour, starch, nuts and chocolate pieces. Form into 2 oblongs.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cut on the diagonal.

The original recipe did not mention toasting the individual slices. Of course, you may if you prefer a crunchier cookie.
