1 # White Candi-Quik or real chocolate
Ritz crackers
peanut butter
sprinkles or decorations-optional

Melt the Candi-Quik in a double boiler or follow directions for micro wave use. Make up about 24-26 sandwiches of Ritz and peanut butter. I use tongs and dip these into the choc. mix and set on wax paper or parchment lined pan to set. Place in refrigerator for quick setting.

I make these every Christmas. Real chocolate makes them almost too rich. You can also use the smaller Ritz crackers that already come with peanut butter on them and they make a nice size for a little bite.
