2 c. cooked diced chicken,
1/4 c. water chestnuts, sliced and drained,
1 lb. seedless grapes - halved,
1/2 c. chopped celery,
1/4 c. toasted almonds - use 1/2 in salad and 1/2 on top,
1 8 oz. can of pineapple chunks, drained.

Dressing:
3/4 c. mayonnaise,
1 tsp. curry powder,
2 tsp. soy sauce,
2 tsp. lemon juice,

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing with salad ingredients about 2 hrs. ahead of serving. Place on lettuce leaves and garnish with fruit, olives, or what pleases you.
