1 c. sugar,
2 T. cornstarch
1 c. water
1/4 c. strawberry jello
1-2 drops red food coloring
1 quart sliced strawberries
1 c. Cool Whip
1 Pillsbury pie shell, baked
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cornstarch in heavy pan. Add water and cook, stirring constantly until thick and clear. Stir in jello (and food coloring if needed). Chill until partly set. Place strawberries in baked pie shell. Cover with gelatin mixture. Chill for at least 4 hours. Top with whipped cream.
