1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 tsp salt & ground pepper
1/2 c. cannelloni beans drained
1/4 c. red onion diced
1/8 c. chopped olives
1 c. diced tomatoes
1 1/2 c. baby spinach
1 small tin tuna drained and flaked

Directions:

Whisk the lemon juice, oil, crushed garlic, salt and pepper plus 2 Tbsp water in medium bowl.
Place remaining ingredients in large bowl and toss.
Pour liquids over to coat and enjoy.
