Directions:
Make fruit into a pulp. Add 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar per each cup of pulp. (4 cups makes 1 sheet.) Cook until almost boiling. Cool. Spread plastic wrap on cookie sheet and pour cooked mixture on plastic about 1/8" thick. Dry in sun about 24 hours or in warmish oven or in fruit dehydrator. When dry but still pliable, cut into 3" strips (lengthwise) and roll into long rolls and cover with plastic wrap to store. Sugar substitutes may also be used if calories matter.
