1 cup butter. 1/2 cup sugar. 1 tsp vanilla. 1/2 cup chopped Pecans. 2 cups flour. 1/2 cup crushed potato chips.
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add crushed potato chips and Pecans. Add flour and form into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet pressing balls flat with a tumbler dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 for 16-18 minutes.
