2 sticks softened butter
1 ½ cup sifted flour
4 eggs
1 ½ cup coconut
2 cup sugar
2 tablespoon cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ cup chopped pecans

1 pint jar marshmallow cream

Directions:
Directions:
Step #1
Cream sugar, butter and cocoa together till fluffy.
Add: eggs and vanilla – beat well
Add: flour, coconut and nuts – beat 2 minutes

Pour into flour/greased prepared 9 X 13 pan
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.

Step #2
While cake is still warm, spread 1 pint of marshmallow cream over cake.
Cool completely.

Step #3
Frosting:
1 box sifted powdered sugar
1 stick softened butter
½ cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup cocoa

Beat all ingredients till smooth. Spread over top of marshmallow cream.
Optional: Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.

Enjoy – you can always diet later!!!!
