5 Eggs

Glaze:

1 ½ boxes Confectioners Sugar

Directions:
To make the cake, mix the first 5 ingredients and beat 2 to 3 minutes on medium speed of electric mixer. Pour into 3 greased and floured 8” or 9” round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

To make the glaze, whisk the ingredients together.
While layers are still warm, drizzle the glaze over the layers. This should be done about 5 minutes out of the oven or just when the cake is not hot to the touch, but just warm.

For the frosting, cream the margarine and cream cheese together first. Then blend in the sugar and vanilla. Frost when the cake is completely cool.

Enjoy!!! This is a wonderful cake. It’s so good and refreshing.
