First wash shrimp in buttermilk, shake then add to seasoned flour- deep fry till done- usually about 2 minutes in most fryers-

Heavy duty mayonnaise
thai-garlic chili sauce
thai-sweet chili sauce
white pepper
white vinegar.

Toss with the shrimp and enjoy- trust me when i say this is the exact way to prepare them- i used to know a fry cook who worked there and this person shared the exact recipe with me-



Bonefish Grill's Bang Bang Shrimp

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
a few drops of Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce (you can get this at walmart in their Chinese canned food section)

Mix the above to make the sauce.

1 pound of shelled and deveined shrimp
Dry cornstarch to coat the shrimp in

Directions:

Deep fat fry the shrimp until lightly brown.Drain on paper towel, put in a bowl and coat with the sauce. Serve in a lettuce lined bowl, top with chopped scallions.
