3 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Butter or (3 Sticks)
5 Each Egg
2 Tbl. Lemon Extract
3 Cup Flour
Cup 7-Up

Cream together sugar & butter
Add eggs & beat well
Add lemon extract and sifted flour mixture & beat well
Fold in 7-Up

Grease & flour angel food pan.
Bake at 325 - 350 degrees for approx 1 hours or till toothpick inserted comes out clean

ICING (you decide how much you want on cake)
Powder Sugar
Lemon Extract (just a touch)

Mix all together. You want a very runny consistency to just glaze the warm cake. It does not take much.
