1 Box Seasoned Croutons
1 lb. Hot Sausage
1 Bell Pepper chopped
1 bunch Green Onions chopped
8 Eggs
1 qt. Milk
8 oz. grated Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage with bell pepper and onion.
Spray 9"x13" pan with Pam.
Line bottom of pan with croutons.
Spread sausage mix over croutons and sprinkle with cheese.
Mix eggs and milk and salt-pepper to taste.
Pour over mixture in pan.
Bake covered 1 to 1 1/2 hour in 350 degree oven.

Note: you can assemble and refrigerate overnight before baking, you can also use chopped onion for bunch of green onions, serve with Pace if desired.
